An eight-session training program focusing on improving running form from the ground up through education, exercises, and stretches.
As this program takes place at the start of the new year, we build in one inclement weather day in case of extreme conditions where outdoor exercise would be unsafe.

Whether your goal is one of the Bellingham Bay Marathon distances, or simply building endurance for a Healthy Lifestyle in a fun, socially accountable environment, this 24 week program is for you.
At only $80 ($3.33 per week) this is the most affordable training program in Whatcom County.

In between seasons, we meet at 9am each Saturday at BBay Running. These runs are free of charge and open to all. There is no training, newsletter, or course markings; our complete focus is to maintain our habit of a healthy lifestyle.
